Account Executive, Field Sales (Multiple Locations)
Locations: Baltimore, MD; Boston, MA; Brooklyn/Queens, NY; Charlotte/Greensboro, NC; Long Island, NY; Northern New Jersey; San Francisco, CA; San Jose, CA; Seattle, WA; and Washington, DCJob Duties
Works to increase product sales and identifies opportunities for sales. Secures orders from existing and potential customers by means of visiting the customer’s facility. Secures opportunities to quote on customer requirements and follows up on quotations submitted to customers. Establishes professional customer / vendor relationships with appropriate customer personnel. Performs all assigned duties in the assigned sales territory. Provides business reports on weekly basis. Submits weekly activity / call report concerning customer-related activities for quotes, orders, and problems concerning customer / vendor relationships. Provides daily reporting of accomplishments.
Essential Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, written and oral.
- Must have one year computer use experience.
- BA/BS degree along with a minimum of two years experience in outside sales.
- No prior dental experience is required as orientation period includes extensive training course.
- Must satisfactorily pass training course and also meet minimum sales requirements.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Valid Credit Card for use when traveling for company related events i.e. training (to be reimbursed).

Business Development Representative
Location: Santa Maria, CAJob Duties
Develops and maintains favorable relationships with new and existing clients in order to increase revenue. Ensures that company products and services consistently meet the customers’ needs. Represents the company with customers and prospects by soliciting orders for merchandise or handling customer questions over the telephone. Contact assigned customers a minimum of once per month. Makes a minimum of 80 contacts per day via e-mail or phone.
Essential Qualifications
- Must have a minimum of one year sales experience.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English, both orally and in writing.
- Ability to demonstrate friendly and persuasive telephone manner, and interact favorably with Supervisor, co-workers, clients and other contacts.
- Ability to demonstrate good working knowledge of MS Word.
- Must complete six week training program which will offer knowledge of company products and services. Orientation period will include satisfactory passing of this training course.

Sales Supervisor
Location: Santa Maria, CAJob Duties
Supervises, trains, and assists personnel in the Professional Sales department. Actively work to identify sales opportunities and to increase sales. Monitors Representatives’ calls. Provides feedback and retraining to Business Development and Quality Service Representatives. Monitors and assists all daily activity for Representatives including providing new ideas, improving sales techniques, assessing what further technical and product training is needed from monitoring calls, and providing on-the-spot training. Handles calls from difficult customers on technical questions that can’t be answered by Representative. Reviews all open campaigns from reports and monitors activity for completion and performance. Reviews telemarketing reports with Manager on a weekly or daily basis. Conducts Representative training in technical, product and sales topics. Assists in order entry, if necessary.
Essential Qualifications
- Sales Executive with at least three years of inside sales and marketing experience.
- Ability to motivate others, team build, and train effectively.
- PC experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing.
- Must have a good driving record with a clear DMV record.
- Willingness to travel.

Technical Dental Specialist
Location: Chicago, ILJob Duties
Grows and develops customers and prospects accounts by building strong relationships and providing LUMINEERS placement chair side assistance. Responds to customer inquiries via the telephone, email or in person. Provide local/regional and National presentations to groups of Dentists, Dental Assistant and Hygienists.
Essential Qualifications
- An RDA is required along with one or more years of LUMINEERS placement experience.
- Excellent communication skills, self motivated and well organized.
- Must have a valid state issued drivers license with a clear DMV record.
- Professional phone presence with the ability to build lasting business relationships.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
